The Pilates Method

Pilates

Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a variety of Pilates equipment with an emphasis on breathing, posture, spinal and pelvic alignment. 



Mindful Movement demonstrates that the body and mind are interconnected. Mindful movement is exercise performed with awareness. It involves mental focus to train your body to move optimally through life with good posture and graceful movement.
